The main activity of «BDC Consulting» is consulting and implementation of investment projects aimed at modernizing municipal and industrial infrastructure. The company provides comprehensive advice to public and private clients on any technical issues in order to choose the most optimal and effective solutions related to the reorganization of operations and the restoration of engineering and technical activities of the owners and stakeholders of the municipal infrastructure. The company is also developing projects in the field of renewable energy sources (RES) in Kazakhstan.
Our assistance in the restructuring of municipal enterprises includes: strategic business planning, development of corporate development programs, assessment and development of target performance indicators of systems, including the definition of a system of indicators for contractual relations between state regulatory bodies and the credit rating of an enterprise, assessment of public-private partnership schemes.

Currently, BDC Consulting has about 20 highly qualified specialists in water supply, wastewater treatment, heat supply, electricity, information technology, GIS, transport and traffic systems, renewable energy, etc., with experience in the management of investment projects, financial and legal issues.
